• Residential Home solar systems; The 30 kwh lifepo4 battery can store the surplus electricity generated by solar power during the day for use at night or on rainy and cloudy days, reducing the amount of electricity purchased from the power grid and cutting down on electricity bill expenditures. Alternatively, when there is a power outage in the power grid, the 30 kwh battery bank can serve as an emergency power source for households, providing power for basic electrical appliances such as refrigerators, lighting fixtures, televisions and computers.

How long will 30 kwh battery last my house?
The duration a 30 kWh energy storage battery will last depends on your household's energy consumption. For example, if your house appliances consume 10kwh per day, and you only use the 30kwh battery for power, then it will last for 30/10 = 3 days.
But this may be related with the inverter you use and the DOD of the 30kwh battery. The solar inverter conversion rate from DC to AC may vary, typically around 90% to 95%, and GreenPower energy storage battery DOD is 90%, not 100%, which means only 27KWh of the solar battery's capacity can be usable. So for precise calculating, you can use energy monitoring tools to assess your power consumption.

How many batteries to store 30 kwh?
GreenPower uses 5KWh battery packs to design the 30kwh battery. Each battery pack is 5KWh, the nominal standard voltage is 51.2v, the standard charging current is 50A, and the standard discharging current is 100A. We stacked six battery packs in one system to get a 30KWh battery, and this can be customized, as we also have 10kwh for each battery pack. In this way, we only need three battery packs to get the 30 kwh battery.

How much does a 30 kwh lithium - ion battery weight?
The net weight of each 5kwh battery pack is 48.2kg. Six battery packs are used to get a 30kwh battery, and the top layer is the 5 kw inverter, which is 18kg, and the bottom layer is the base, which is 9kg. So the net weight of the whole 30kwh battery is 316.2kg.
